My New Workout Routine

I haven't been working out as much lately and am really feeling it. So I decided to start up an aerobics class in the park. I had 4 participants today, but hope to get more soon.

This Greylag Goose had much better form on the Jumping Jacks.

Can't wait till tomorrow, I think I'm gonna bring some kettle bells and a yoga ball.
